Feedback to "Read along (BEETA)"

My native language is NOT ENGLISH, so i have seen some pretty horrible "Read along (BEETA)" texts created for my native language podcasts. Now I encountered one that is worse than I have ever seen and even borderline offensive. Where can I report it or give feedback to Spotify that they would redo it or remove it? The quality is not acceptable the slightest and it doesn't even look like a language.
