Genres & Moods trouble

My Question or Issue

 On my large screen TV, inside Spotify, I am unable to get to any of the playlists under "Genres & Moods."  I can click on an icon, such as Country or Latin, but nothing further shows up.  I used to be able to click and get to and play the playlists in any of those categories.

 Everything else is working.  I can click on "Recently played" and "Try something new" and "Your Library" and get to those albums and playlists.  I can search for music.  I just can't make "Genres & Moods" work.
