Hello I'm trying to get Spotify on TV it works great on living room TV it won't go past gray and green Spotify screen on roku TV

Hey there,

Thanks for the post.

To connect your Spotify with Roku you can try the following methods, they should all work:

• Log in via Spotify Connect
• Log in via Pin Pairing
• Set a password through the Spotify password reset form and log in with email address and Spotify password

So you might have to reset your TV to factory settings and try again.

Note that this will only work on Roku TVs with Roku firmware 8.2 and above and on Roku Set top Boxes with Roku firmware 9.0 and above.

hmmm, those sound doable...

what is my "PIN PAIRING"...?
i cannot log in thru roku express 3700x, because the app, while showing in my list, STILL does not DO anything except for flashing a grey Spotify screen before auto reverting to previous screen... 😞

it does not matter if i logged in on my PC - it STILL doesnt load on my roku 😞
