My Question or Issue

I have several Denon HEOS speakers, Spotify lists my Google Chromecast Audio but not my Denon HEOS speakers.

Sorry, was wrong about this, there is no such option in the Spotify App.

I have the same problem. I can send my music to chrome cast but all my heos speakers are no longer listed!

I've never tried it through my Google chromecast.  

I have my Heos 5 connected to through my wireless network.  Heos pops up as a listening option on my spotify app on my phone and on my desktop version of spotify on my laptop (just as long as my Heos speaker is powered up of course).

Are you aware of the Heos app for your phone? (free at google play store)

This gives you access to Spotify as well as at least 10 other music apps (mostly older music services inferior to Spotify IMHO) but it includes others that have different twists like Soundcloud or TuneIn (for sports radio). 

The Heos app allows you to access music on your own music server, on your home computer, etc.
