How come when I search up my name on the search bar it does not come up?

I am connected to a FB account but when I search up my profile name it does not show. When I tried copy and pasting my username (the long one) it says “no results found for…”

Search results in Spotify are based on a mix of factors including popularity and date of creation, so if you created your account recently, it may take a bit longer for it to show up in search.

Note that the results may also vary from user to user based on their personal search history. Usually, the more followers and playlists a user has, the bigger the chances it has of showing up in search, however, it's not limited to just these factors, and others like the length and complexity of your display name are also taken into account. You can experiment by changing your display name to see if it would show up then.

A certain way for your friends to find your profile on Spotify would be entering the following in the search bar: spotify:user:yourusername and pressing Return (Enter).
