How do I rearrange songs in my playlist?

None of the replies that I've come across work. There is no arrow on my laptop; there is no edit button on my mobile app. Is rearranging a playlist not possible?

First check if you don't have a filter active (like Artist, Name, Album, date).
You can also try to update or reinstall spotify.

Finally got it. On iPhone:

1. make sure the playlist filter is on "custom"

2. hit the 3 dot button (•••) and click "edit"

3. on the far right of the row with the song, there should be three parallel lines. Hold it and drag to desired song order spot.

Hello and thank you...There is no edit button, neither on my phone app (I have a galaxy 7) or on my computer. Is this feature not available?

This is a bit late, but as far as I can tell, the "edit" function is available on iOS only for mobile devices.  Kinda nuts, but there it is.
