How do I remove my ex-girlfriend's face from my home page?

We listened to her Discover Weekly playlist ONCE about two months ago. We recently broke up and having her face STAMPED on my home page everytime I open up the app really leaves me in a very rough situation.

We'd like to gather as many details as possible. So, just to check, did you added (hit the heart icon) the playlist to your library previously and now you can remove it? Please send us a screenshot of what you're seeing on your side, so we can better visualize what's happening. 

On another note, can you let us know the exact make/model and OS of the affected device along with the Spotify version you have running?
 

Lastly, we suggest you log out and log in twice onto your Spotify account; this way the system will force a resync of your account.
