I CANT LİSTEN MUSİC

My account is premium but my musics are not playing properly on any device. Musics are suddenly stopping or not playing at all. Please help me

Hey @Nese,

 

Have you tried reinstalling Spotify? That quite often fixes a lot of issues.

yeah ı tried on my ipad. the problem is on my laptop and ipad

Have you tried reinstalling Spotify on your desktop?

 

Also, have you tried streaming/listening using an alternate network (WiFi or Mobile Data)? Would anyone else be using your account at the same time? A family member, perhaps?
