I am traveling and Spotify doesn't connect to the internet

I have Spotify premiuma and really good WiFi connection, but my Spotify won't connect to it so I can't use it. How can I fix it?

Could you share more device related information like brand/model and operating system?

Does the app work, when you connect to a mobile data network?

Also post a screenshot of what exactly is going on when you try to connect to a WiFi network.
