I can't download music on Spotify web player with the premium plan

I have Spotify on my phone and I was able to download music and do shuffle and stuff but when I'm on the Spotify web with the same account, I can shuffle music but not download any so I can listen offline.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community!

We can confirm that the web player currently doesn't have an option to download music for offline use. We'd suggest using the desktop or mobile app in order to be able to download all of your favorite music.
