I can't play songs offline, I have Spotify Premium

I downloaded some albums, but it's still not working, I turned on the offline mode in the settings, I logged out and in few times, I deleted the app .....I tried everything, but it still doesn't work

it depends on what device you're on, if you're on LINUX/chrome you can't download songs,etc.

Could you confirm that the offline songs are grayed out but appear to be downloaded? Also, when you deactivate Offline mode, can the same songs be played without issues and do they still appear downloaded?

It's worth checking if the issue would occur on another account. If possible, try logging in to another one (a friend's or a relative's would do), then download an album and toggle on Offline mode to see if you'd be able to play the tracks.
