I can't seem to pay using any method available. Error message showing

I can't seem to pay for my premium duo using either credit cards or mobile financial services or mobile recharge. No method works. A message shows that the carrier is having a bad day. This problem wasn't there before

Hey there!

 

In order for the payment to go through, make sure that:

  • Your card is open for online, recurring and foreign transactions.
  • You have set up a necessary 2-factor authentication.

Here are a couple of things to try out:

  • Try with an incognito / private window.
  • Clear your browser's cache, cookies and data and try again.
  • Try another browser that you don't normally use.
  • Try with another payment method.

If you're still having issues, contact your bank for more information on why the payment doesn't go through.
