I can’t verify my email

I can’t verify my email

Whenever I click the link to verify my Spotify for Creators account, it just sends me back to the exact page I came from, and my email still isn’t verified. I’ve tried to click it through the app, the browser, tried to send it through the Spotify for creators app and nothing has worked. I am unable to continue trying to make a podcast without a verified email, even though I’ve clicked the link they send me a good 10 times at least.

I have an iPhone11 and it’s updated to iOS 18.1, though I’m not positive this is the reason for the error.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

 

In this type of case, we'd first recommend trying with a different network connection to see if it makes any difference. In case you don't have another one available, you can use your mobile data to test it. Also, if you're using any VPN, we'd recommend turning it off as it may affect the process. 

 

Lastly, could you try on a different device to see if the issue persists? If you don't have another one available, you can borrow one from a friend or family member to test it out.

My Question or Issue

I can't get my email address verified. I was asked to verify my email before publishing, clicked "resend email", got the email, clicked the link which took me back to Spotify, but the checklist doesn't check. 

 

Tried this several times, on different days, on different devices (iphone and desktop), through different browsers (chrome and safari), also tried on APP, the same problem persists.

I'm also having the same issue as the above user and I have tried all of your suggestions - different device, netwrok etc. What else can I do as I am also being prevented from uploading any episodes due to this issue?
