I have a premium subscription but hearing ads

For months I’ve been enjoying music and podcasts as-free with my premium account. However, a couple of months ago I started hearing ads during podcasts and public playlists. I’ve verified my account is premium on the add and have deleted and re-added the app but I still hear ads. I even reached out to the podcasters and they verified their podcast does not contain ad breaks and only Spotify free listeners will hear ads.

All podcasts not hosted by Spotify may include ad breaks, even for premium subscribers.

Thanks for your reply!  This podcast is hosted by Spotify.  I even went as far as to contact the podcasters to ask them if they started advertising.  The replied and said there is not advertising as long as I have a premium subscription.
