When I look at my bank statements you guys are charging me 3 times in one month ..

Check your receipts page and make sure that this isn't just a case of some payment getting billed later than expected and thus creating the illusion that you were charged twice in the same month. If you have actually paid more than expected, then consider checking if you have a second account, where you still have an active subscription.
