I was promised 30 minutes of ad free listening but only got 20

This message is for Spotify lawyers: I got an ad promising 30 minutes of ad-free listening at the beginning of my listening session. I've been short-changed before so started a stop watch. I got 23 minutes 10 seconds. This is what the FTC and state consumer protection agencies call unfair and deceptive practices. I'm not planning on making a complaint today but I'm probably not the only listener this has happened to. If I were to rate the risk I'd put it in the medium-high camp: it's easily discoverable; it's easily avoided; penalties are a puny consent order at best; you have regulators as listeners; etc. Fix it.
For your ads team: an ad after every other song isn't sustainable biz practice
