If I save a song to a playlist, does it automatically get saved to my library?

I stil don't understand the difference between playlists and library, If I save a song to a playlist, does it automatically get saved to my library?

My playlists are a subset of my library? is that right?

So if I want to play all songs that I have in my library + playlists, is that possible?

Hey @consfused-user, welcome to the community!

To save a song to the Songs section of Your Library, you need to use the "Save to Your Library" option for each song (right-click > save, click the + symbol, or tap the 3 dots next to the song > save).

This section of Your Library is basically where you want to put your most loved songs. However, the songs you save aren't automatically sent to a playlist, which is very different. Songs in a playlist don't need to be saved to Your Library.

While you can play all the songs saved to Your Library's Song section like a playlist, you can't play them in conjunction with all the playlists you've created or followed in one go.
