Is there a problem with the connection between sky Q mini

Is there a problem with the connection between sky Q mini

Connected my Spotify to my sky Q mini using the app it worked the day previous however today, it connects but has no sound, doesn’t let me pick a song and if a song is playing in the app while connecting it then skips ten 3 songs in front by its self. I have never had this problem
Before I was just wondering
If it was to do with it being a new account

Can you let us know if the problem persists after resetting your router or using a different internet connection? It's also a good idea to reinstall the Spotify app.
