Is there a way to fix liked songs and followed artists?

For some reason I can't like songs or follow artists anymore, I can click or press on button (this issue is on both mobile and desktop) but the number of liked songs has not changed since march.

I have a polish premium student account, an Honor 90 lite and an older dell desktop.

Thanks for reaching out. This seems quite odd and there could be several reasons for this. Could you please provide us the following:

• Was it in March when everything last worked as expected for you? Did this coincide with any other changes such as updates, changes to your network or a change of devices?
• Are only the Liked Songs affected? If you make new playlists or add stuff to existing ones, is that reflected properly?
• On mobile, does this happen across different networks, including mobile data and various Wi-Fi networks? If you haven't tested this yet, please do so.
• On desktop, double check your firewall settings to make sure Spotify isn't being blocked in some way.
• A video of the behaviour. If the files are too large to attach here in the Community, you can send them to us via Google Drive or as unlisted YouTube videos.

With this information, we’d be happy to investigate.
