LInking to PS4

I have Spotify Family Account and PS4. My 2 kids have an account to use on Spotify (separate to mine) and have kids accounts on PS4. I’ve successfully linked my account to my PS4 profile. I’ve managed to link theirs which plays through the PS4 app, and shows the current playlist through the quick menu only. They don’t have full access via the quick menu and simply says “to display your saved Spotify music, you must allow access by PlayStation Network”, when I click on allow access it then says “This service is unavailable for your account (CE-41883-4)”, any suggestions please? My kids were looking forward to use this and they can’t
