Logging in on my ps5

I created a PlayStation account a few years back and no longer have the email or password necessary to unlink my Spotify. On my new PS5 account I tried to log in but it says I'm logged in elsewhere. How do I get my Spotify on my PlayStation?

Thanks for reaching out. If you need to unlink an old PlayStation account and link a new one, follow the steps here. If you've lost access to Spotify, try using different login methods like Facebook, YouTube and Google. Then you can change the email address if necessary here.

When i Scan the Qr code on the ps5 and accept it on my spotify account, it says: „someone else is logged in on your account“. Can i kick that person out?
