Login Onkyo can't create password other device

I have premium spotify account, facebook login. I was using it with my Onkyo tx-nr609 everything worked fine.

A view weeks ago i wasn't able to play playlist in the Onkyo. I thought it would be a good idea to create a new password for other devices, but when is tried this this doesn't seem to work. I am getting a message that there is a problem creating a new password.

I also tried to log in with my facebook login in the Onkyo receiver. Tried to create a password through facebook.

Nothing worked.

Hope that someone could help me. The possebility of using spotify on my receiver was one of the main reasons getting a premium account.
