Could you let us know if this happens across devices or only on a specific one? Would you mind checking if the same happens while connected to a different network? 

If this only happens on a specific device, but over any network, it's worth performing a clean reinstall to see if that makes the difference. 

Additionally, could you check if the OS of your device has any pending updates?
