MS and VPN

My VPN tricks Windows into thinking it's offline while there is connectivity. Guess this is because Windows pings some MS server and when there is a ttl delay, it determines it's offline. 
Spotify apparently relies on this instead of determining connectivity by itself - resulting in no playback possible. 

Suggestion would be to get the app pinging it's own server  in order to determine the connectivity.

Please note that we can't guarantee that the Spotify app would work correctly with a VPN running on your system, so in this case, it's best to disable it while using Spotify.
