Music goes silent on Amazon Fire TV 4K sometimes

Hi!
I start using Spotify on Amazon Fire Stick 4K,
and sometimes the music goes silent until I log out once and re-log into the account.

I tried to
1:remove Fire Stick from HDMI doc
2:test internet speed
3:update the app to the latest one

Those ways are not work.
Only Logout once and log in again is to work to play sound, but it isn't very pleasant to use.

Do you have any idea to solve this issue?
