My music keeps turning off as I'm out and about. App doesn't need updating

My music keeps Turing off as I'm out and about. All the time. I have the 'Spotify stays connected in background' on but it still keeps doing it. The app doesn't need updating and it's a new phone (android) so I don't know why it's doing this. Never had this problem before. I have premium aswell.

This sounds very odd. Can you let us know if the app is just pausing the music when you turn off the screen or is it closing the app completely. 

It would also be helpful if you let us know the current version of your app.
