My phone keeps saying the limit for devices 5 for download is reached

I have only downloaded music to 1 device and still it keeps saying i can’t download anything

Hey there,

Thanks for posting in the Community.

It's important to make sure you've removed the downloads on previously used devices, because if you have not done so, you won't be able to add past 5 devices. Here is how to do that. Also make sure to logout from your account on any other devices you're using. 30 days after that the downloads will be automatically removed from those devices and you'll be able to add a new device.
