My playlists are gone - Free user

My playlists are gone - Free user

Hello,

I logged in from another country (before I was in France, now I am in the UK) and noticed that all my playlists are missing.

I red the "Free-user-14-days-music-policy" and that's ok, does it mean that if I upgrade I will be able to see my playlists again?

Thank you for your help

C.

@corinnefr - Your playlists should remain on your account no matter what subscription tier you are on so upgrading is unlikely to help.

Since Spotify is available in the UK, you can change your country to UK on your online profile to remove the abroad error if you are getting it:

https://www.spotify.com/account/profile/

Try the steps here:

Hi Peter,
Thanks for your reply. I had already changed the country, and I tried every step on the post you suggested but nothing changed. I even denied and deleted access to Spotify application on my Facebook account, logged in and out several tiles, but all is gone... maybe I have a double account too? Even if I am sure I subscribed months after September 2011. Few months ago I changed my facebook password, could this be part of the problem?

I would suggest that you get in touch with Spotify support directly so they can assist you further with this. There are several ways to get in touch!

If you have Twitter, following and dropping a Tweet to @SpotifyCares (English), @SpotifyAyuda (Spanish) or @SpotifyAjuda (Portuguese) is often the fastest way to get a reply and they can deal with the majority of issues excluding payment/billing issues.

Alternatively, you can email them (in any language) using the online contact form. There is also a special contact form if you can't remember your login details or the email address on your account is incorrect. The contact form support team should be able to handle absolutely any issue you are having!

When getting in touch via the contact forms, if you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the support agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
