My playlists keep being deleted?

My Question or Issue

I checked my Spotify yesterday on my phone after a few days of not checking, and saw that all my playlists were gone and they were replaced with a lot of playlists I've never followed myself, and even a playlist that looks like made by me but never was in fact. I went on my account page and brought my playlists back from there (I unfortunately couldn't bring back the ones I follow), but i checked it today again and again my playlists are gone and replaced by irrelevant ones. I've brought them back again but really, will this happen everyday?
