No se me cargan las playlist descargadas cuando no tengo wifi, tengo premiu

Me aparece la playlist cargando y luego de un rato me aparece "algo salio mal". Teniendo spotify en modo offline me pasa

As a first step, can you please let us know the following:

• Your device model, OS version, and Spotify version.
• Have you tried any troubleshooting steps like reinstalling the app?
• Did we understand you correctly that this issue occurs only when Offline mode is enabled? In general, your offline playlists should only be accessible when this mode is enabled, otherwise they get streamed using your internet connection.
