Office Ladies podcast new episodes not showing in "What's New"

I've tried unfollowing, refollowing, and setting/unsetting/resetting alerts for the Office Ladies podcast, but no matter what I do, I don't get get notified of new episodes! It works for every other show I follow.

In this case, we'd like to gather as much info as possible. Just to confirm, did you notice if this is happening only with this podcast or does it happen with other one? If yes, please send us the details.

On another note, did you notice if this started to happen after a specific event such as an OS update? Did you receive notifications for this podcast previously?

Lastly, can you let us know the exact make/model and OS of your device along with the Spotify version you've installed?
