Offline is not an option in settings. It used to be there, where is it?

The settings screen options are completely different some of the tine. How do I find my offline setting option??

It's worth mentioning that you can't enable offline mode on the Web Player and switching to offline mode is different on different devices within the app. You can check out this article for more info. 

If you're experiencing some tech issues, it's a good idea to clear the cache and give the app a clean reinstall as these steps often help with any performance issues.
