PS4 app won't shuffle properly

Hi!

Apologies if this has already been discussed, I checked a bit back but couldn't see anything.

Anyway, I'm using spotify on my ps4 and the "shuffle" feature only shuffles songs from the first 3-4 albums I have on it. I'm a paying member (premium, I think? whichever the one is that also lets you use full features on android devices etc) and shuffle works on my other devices, and if I use the connect feature the tracks play as I'd like through the ps4.... but ideally, I'd just like to have the app open on the playstation and that's it. Is this a known issue? or just me? If it's a known issue, any plans to fix it in a future update?

Unfortunately this problem well known for PS4 users. As you can see in this thread, the issue is on Sony's end.

We hope they can fix it soon!
