My Question or Issue

Hello,

when I playing music through my PS4 the music looks like it’s running but there is no sounds playing, I already check the TV (works for every game and other apps), uninstall and install the app, shutdown or restart but no luck.

Hi @Chopzuei and thanks for posting! 🙂
Is there a possibility that you have Spotify open on another device at the same time? My PS4 app can sometimes randomly switch via the Connect feature to my phone or desktop if I've left it running on those devices. It looks like it's still connected, but I just shut down the app on my alternate device, reboot the PS4 one and it's back online.
