Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community. Hope you don't mind us replying in English.

 

Can you start by taking a look at your Receipts page? If you don't see the payment there, it means that it hasn't gone through successfully on our end yet.

 

It's possible that you see the charge showing on your bank statement as pending/processing. You can check this page for more info on that.

 

If your payment isn't going through, you can take a look at this page to see if your cards meet all of our requirements.

 

It's also worth giving it a shot in an incognito window to avoid the possible issues that the data stored in your browser may cause.
