Permanent crush on Windows Phone

I have Nokia Lumia 635 with Windows Phone 8.1 and Spotify 5.2.2.0

I'am not able to play music in online mode (good WiFI  / LTE connection) and permanent problems after few seconds of playing in offline mode. Any clues, advices, help? Thanks in advance!

For me Spotify is just loading... forever, even though I got full 4G and Wifi connection. No point trying to use it until they fix it. Seriously concidering switching to Groove.
