Philips SW750M

Philips SW750M

So I have a Philips SW750M speaker which uses Spotify connect (only) and it has worked fine until a couple of days ago. Now for some reason I can't fint it under Devices. It is connected to the same network and I've followed all the steps on the support page. I've tried factory reset the speaker and reinstalling Spotify to no avail. What to do?

Try restarting all your devices (and speakers), and unplug/plug in the speaker. We know you already tried some troubleshooting, which is great, but double-check that:

  • All devices are on the same WiFi network.
  • Your Spotify app is up-to-date.
  • All devices’ software is up-to-date. If you don't know, check with your devices' manufacturers for how to update the version software.
  • If possible, try switching between different networks and see if that helps.
