Playlist not properly displaying added songs

So I recently created a playlist in the past two weeks but once I hit 48 songs the playlist wouldn't display any more than that. I know the songs are getting added because when I use the play.spotify webplayer it shows the playlist time increases when I add a song but the song count doesn't. I know can create long playlists, I've done it before, 334 songs and 27 hours of music.

I'm sure this new playlist would play the added songs but what if I want to remove something. I would like to be able to manage my whole playlist, not just the first 48 songs. Can somebody fix the webplayer please?
