Playlists/albums do not seamlessly loop

My Question or Issue

When I listen to tracks in an album/playlist, they play seamlessly and there's no gap between when one ends and another starts. When I try to loop the album/playlist itself, though, the playback isn't seamless. There's a half-second gap between the last track and the first. This is an issue for any albums that are designed to loop seamlessly, like The Wall.
