Playlists completely outdated in onkyo av

Hi there, I play my Spotify playlists on my onkyo tx-nr509. When logging today, the playlists available in my onkyo av are completely outdated, they have been deleted or modified long ago!! The current playlist structure is not visible at all, frustrating, help!!!!! I haven't changed anything in the firmware . I tried to logout and login again without success. If I can't solve this problem, I'll cancel my premium  subscription as it is currently useless for me.... Many thanks in advance....
