Porqué me están cobrando una prueba de 3 meses gratis?!?

Porqué me están cobrando una prueba de 3 meses gratis?!?

Me dieron 3 meses gratis y no respetaron, me han cobrado, tengo la captura como prueba y el registro de su cobro... No me dieron ni un mes pues lo cobraron de mi tarjeta.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. I hope you don't mind me replying in English, as that's the official language of the Community!

The 3-month trial is an intro offer that has some requirements to be used. The main one is that the account must not have been part of any Premium subscriptions before (including Family and Duo plans). The type of issue you're mentioning happens when the account is not eligible for the offer but the subscription process was completed anyway. 

But there's nothing to worry about. If the charge was made in the last 14 days, since we cannot access user's accounts in the Community, we'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support team directly so they can check your account and help you further. You can contact them through any of the channels mentioned here.

Hice la suscripcion porque me iban a dar 2 mese de prueba pero no se aplico, deseo que me ayuden con mi problema, de lo contrario deseo la devolucion de mi dinero.
