Porque no pueden verificar mi correo?

Les envío correo para que puedan verificar mi correo y si me llega pero al dar clic en verificar me aparece un recuadro con lo sentimos no pudimos verificar su correo y así no puedo subir mi podcast

As much as we'd like to help you further, we think you should reach out to the customer support folks there as they're the one in charge. We don't have access to the necessary systems and tools to look into this.
