Porque se sigue cobrando el servicio si no tengo ninguna tarjeta guardada?

Porque se sigue cobrando el servicio si no tengo ninguna tarjeta guardada?

Por accidente en una ocasión compré el servicio individual y después lo cancelé y compré otro, pero mes con mes siguen cobrando el servicio individual y ni siquiera hay una tarjeta guardada para que lo cobren.

Thanks for reaching out. Hope you don’t mind us responding in English, as this is the official language of the Community. Check your receipts page and make sure that this isn't just a case of some payment getting billed later than expected and thus creating the illusion that you were charged twice in the same month. If you have actually paid twice, then consider checking if you have a second account, where you still have an active subscription. If you still cannot find the source of the extra payments, feel free to reach out to our support team, they can assist you further. Make sure to have all of your payment information on hand, as our team will need it to find the payments and verify you as the account owner.
