Premium active I’ve updated app put on offlinemode still won’t won’t work

Premium active I’ve updated app put on offlinemode still won’t won’t work

I have a premium account and it won’t play my downloaded music and offline mode is on, I’ve updated the app, I have restarted my phone, I have checked everything but it still will not play songs I have downloaded. This is unfair I don’t understand what’s wrong. Not happy.

To start with, can you confirm that you followed the steps that are provided in this article? There's some more steps to help thoroughly uninstall the app from your device, so if you haven't, we'd highly suggest it since the steps will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.
