Problems in ps4

I have Spotify on my ps4 (I have been using it for ½ years) but for some reason just today the play button stopped working but all other buttons worked pls help me with this

This issue is commonly related to some damaged cache stored on your app. In this case, we'd first recommend uninstalling the app, and reinstalling it directly from your PS store.

If the issue persists, would you mind checking with a different Wi-Fi connection to see if it makes any difference?
