They you guys just gave me a 14 day pass and it was never there and I don't understand why you are not giving me free time of listening because you still have not go rid of this piggybacker hacker off of my account and it has been going on for month and it has be destroying everything ony accounts and I have like 6 or7 of them you have done nothing it now **bleep** me off that this issue has not be resolved whatso ever and you potentially cost me money if I was paying but my last 3 month special I was cut short a month and a half andnothing was done about it
