Greeeeetings, so if the order of the songs in your Spotify playlist has been changed from alphabetical to random on your Samsung smart TV, here are some steps you can try to fix the issue:

  1. Check your TV settings: Make sure that the shuffle option is turned off on your TV. If shuffle is turned on, it will play the songs in a random order. To turn off shuffle, look for the shuffle icon on the playback screen and toggle it off.

  2. Restart the Spotify app: Try closing the Spotify app on your Samsung TV and then opening it again. Sometimes a simple restart can fix minor issues.

  3. Clear the cache of the Spotify app: Clearing the cache of the Spotify app on your TV can also fix issues like this. Go to the settings of your TV, find the Spotify app, and then clear the cache. After doing this, open the Spotify app again and check if the songs are playing in alphabetical order.

  4. Reinstall the Spotify app: If none of the above steps work, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the Spotify app on your Samsung TV. To do this, go to the app settings and uninstall the app. Then, reinstall the app and log in to your account again.

Hopefully, one of these steps will help you get your songs back in alphabetical order on your Samsung smart TV.

Ive been having the same problem, i like to put the titles A-Z in parties playlists cause its the perfect shuffle, but like now it just plays random, its so annoying

Hey folks,

Thanks for reaching out.

Can you please give us a bit more info about the behavior you're seeing? I personally own a Samsung TV and don't see an option for sorting by song title. If you could send us a few screenshots or a short screen recording of how things look on your end, we can investigate further.

Keep us posted.
