Put the old Connect to device layout back

The new layout requires you to click at the bottom of the page to select the "Connect to device" icon, then all the devices are now listed at the top of the page.
On larger screesnt his means they are not where you are looking.

Very bad poor rubbish stupid UX change.
Please put the list of devices you are able to select back at the bottom of the panel where they used to be so that they can be scanned and selected quickly.
