Pw modificata profilo cambiato!?!

Dopo aver modificato la password, si sono cancellare tutte le mie cartelle create in precedenza, e mi ha modificato il profilo. Ora sento anche le pubblicità, prima no. Avevo in profilo premium family ora no. Help!

It sounds to me like you might've updated the password for a possible secondary account you may have.
In case you're still logged in with the correct account on any device, I'd suggest going to Settings -> Account -> Update profile to see the email address associated with that account. 

If this is not possible, try using a different email address you think you might have used for the creation of your Premium account. You can reset your password again if necessary. Note that your login method may have been linked to Facebook or Google, in which case trying to use those options when logging in could be of help!
