Removing an old song from a playlist is not working

If I try to delete a song I've added in 2014 from my playlist, it just comes back. All works fine with recently added songs. I can play the song and everything, just not able to delete.

As a first step, can you please try to remove the song from a different device (preferably a different platform)? If that doesn't help, please let us know if it is a local file or a song added from our catalogue, so we can investigate further.

Hi,

I tried with Android app and desktop (PC) app, and result is the same - the
song disappears for a 0,5 seconds and then pops up back.

All of the songs have been added from the Spotify catalog, not local.
Problem only appears on the songs added a long time ago (2014 and so),
newer songs on the same list delete just fine.

Thanks for getting back to us.

We've forwarded this to the relevant team here at Spotify, however, we can't confirm when it will be addressed. In the meantime, you can try adding the contents of the playlist to a new one (Add to other playlist via the context menu) and deleting the old songs there.
